Kiuchi no Shizuku (Distilled Hitachino Nest White Ale)
This is distilled down to an alcohol content of 30% by volume and then matured in oak barrels with the addition of coriander, hops and orange peel for one month. More Hitachino White ale is added and the product is distilled again to an alcohol content of 50% by volume . After the second distillation Kiuchi No Shizuku is matured in oak barrels for six months. It is then filtered and bottled at a final 43% alcohol by volume / 86% Proof.
