To achieve this beautiful faint-yellow spirit Reissdorf Kolsch ale has been distilled and matured in oak barrels that were previously used to age Bourbon Whiskey. Bitter-wood, tannic notes from the oak barrels are pleasantly balanced by the malt sweetness.
