Seasonal Beers


The heat of summer months brings some truly refreshing beers to the forefront from our brewery partners. They have been brewed these thirst quenching beers with the warm summer days in mind turning more toward lighter styles of beer including: Weiss, Lambic, Radler and Fruit Beers.


Wheat malt contributes to an unusual lightness and dryness to the palate, and this—combined with the distinctive flavor of the wheat—makes for a perfect thirst-quenching beverage. The ideal drink for beer lovers who appreciate tradition and character in their beer, but also seek a lighter, refreshing style, perfect for warm weather.

The craftsman’s touch combines white wheat, two row pale and Munich malt with the pacific northwest’s most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze. The perfect ale for summertime.

Very light, hardly any sparkling, fine white head. The bitterness introduced already in the aroma, comes completely forward in the aftertaste. Considered one of the top Pilsners during the Michael Jackson International Pilsner tasting in Beer Passion Magazine Autumn 2000, where 27 Pilsners from around the world were ‘blind’ tasted and compared.

Wit, or “white” beers—so-called for their hazy appearance—are a grand old family of beers that date back a thousand years in Northern Europe. Their longevity is justified; witbiers are complex, yet subtle, dry, but creamy and always delightfully drinkable. Solstice is a carefully updated classic that starts with the traditional mix of super-pale 6-row malt, unmalted wheat and oats, giving the classic hazy appearance and rich creaminess on the palate. We use a specially selected coriander and an exotic Asian citrus called calamansi for a bright, tantalizing nose; a dash of hops add another layer of aroma. And, as with any good witbier, it is unfiltered.

This monumental India Pale Ale honors the hero from The War of 1812 who battled the enemy on Lake Erie. A medium-bodied and well hopped India Pale Ale with a dry, fruity aftertaste.

This wonderful beer has a deep golden hue and a smooth malty flavor with a clean pleasant finish. Imported German malts are used to create the flavor of this festive beer.

The royal brand of the Hirter Brewery it is brewed according to the ancient Bohemian recipe using the water from the Hanslbauer Mountain Spring. Due to its long maturation period, the Privat Pils is able to develop its flavors naturally - without pasteurization. Slender on the palate, the beer has a harmonious, bittersweet finish. However, the delicately bitter note is never overpowering, but reveals its typically soft character as an integral flavor element.

Imagine our smooth, clean wheat beer with a touch of peach and you get the idea behind O’Fallon Wheach, our peach wheat beer. Refreshing and crisp, it’s perfect for warm summer weather.

This beer is a one of a kind ale, that you can best classify with the other Strong Golden Ales from Belgium. What makes it special is of course the yeast, and what makes it unique is the higher amounts of hops used. This beer has about twice the bitterness of other Belgian beers. We can not expect less, since this beer has been brewed for centuries in the heart of the Belgian hops region, Poperinge. Indeed, the small village of Watou is today part of the city of Poperinge.

This beer is brewed exclusively by Brouwerij de Glazen Toren with natural ingredients: artesian water, barley and wheat malts, liquid sugar, hops and yeast. The result is a dry, hoppy, fruity and slightly veiled beer. Saison is a blonde beer brewed according to the ancient tradition of the province of Hainaut. Individually wrapped bottles.
