In the first Beer Dinner hosted by the Glunz Beer Culinary Council, Chef and Owner, Mindy Segal prepared an unforgetable meal for media, chefs and owners recently at Hot Chocolate. The meal showcased the creativity of cooking with beer as well as pairing dishes with beers from all over the world.
